Kailin is a big believer in "development". Enthusiastic and perspicacious, she is committed to helping people develop in their professional and personal lives across the course of life. She likes to have meaningful dialogues with people to expand their developmental capacity as well as to help organizations make high-impact changes while achieving business results. Kailin has over 15 years work experience in Silicon Valley in the hi-tech industry and corporate environments across various job functions including technical marketing, business development, sales enablement, program management and software engineering.
Kailin is the author of 4 books published in Asia and has been invited to speak at many top universities and to provide organizational consulting and training services in China and Taiwan. She presented her winning paper: "Toward a Theory of Motivation Intelligence for Leaders" at the Organizational Development Network Annual Conference in Philadelphia, 2014.
